I needed my licence quickly for my job, after I paid a lot of money with a big company for a "Pass in a weeK" intensive it turned into a nightmare, trust me it doesnt work! there is no such thing as just pass and go! in one week. On the monday I was worn out by wednesday I felt like crying and then I stopped on the thursday and seriously thought about not driving again. All he did was shout! i'm now paranoid about any little pothole in the road!.

I then found Dean Henson through a friend, his patient structured approach give me back my confidence and faith in driving instructors once more. I learned at a steady pace and found it much more relaxing.Dean Henson Sunderlands third emergency service!!

After having lessons with other driving schools and two failed attempts at test. I still failed to feel confident behind the wheel and at a loss with what to do next. After hearing about Inspire from a friend, I made a block booking of lessons with Dean where I was given great advice for not only passing my test but ensuring I would feel confident and safe within driving a car for life. Thanks Dean

Hi Dean,

I would just like to say a huge thankyou to Dean for his patience and calm manner, which made learning to drive so much easier, I would and have recommended Inspire to other family and friends.

Brian Newton is a first class driving instructor. His calm, patient manner inspired real confidence in our son, allowing him to pass his driving test 1st time and move quickly onto pass plus.

My wife and I felt reassured by Brian's polite pleasant manner,as he informed us of our son's progress right from the start. By the end of Simon's driving lessons we felt that we had known Brian for years such was his easy, friendly manner and good banter. Thanks Brian.

Dean suggested his ADI Train the Trainer course, which is designed to allow trainers to deliver ADI training to DSA ORDIT standard. The course gave me a very clear insight into how to train potential driving instructors and gave me the confidence to apply for DSA ORDIT registration, which I was successful in achieving in September 2007.

Just writing to say thanks for a great CPD course.my first pupil on the morning after the training benefited so much and me personally.I was not looking forward to the lesson mainly due to the fact I was teaching her wrong, well I thought it was the correct way as really it was the only way I knew.

Twenty mins into the one hour lesson I found out how to teach a different way,the pupil needed explanations she needed to be told how and why.In the past I would feel guilty sitting parked up with the book out, well not anymore, its what she needed, and I enjoyed the lesson aswell. This course made me feel a much better instructor.

I now know that they cant all learn one way, find out a bit about them, their learning style and  know when to teach and motivate.

Thanks alot Dean I will see you again for all your CPD courses.

Having spent an obscene amount of money with a high profile company, and after two failed attempts at Part 3, I was lucky to hear about Dean and his growing reputation as a respected ADI trainer. I learned more in one session with Dean than I ever did with the other company, where I had spent half of every session in the car observing another student. Having been informed by the previous company I was to get 40 hours in-car training for Part 3, it was not made clear that 20 of these hours would be spent in the back of the car observing.
